My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

This cat is absolutely beautiful! She has soft buff fur and light colored eyes. Bailey has recently come out of her shell after being with us for about a month. She is in "general population" and is so kind and patient with all of the other cats. Bailey has great manners, and will watch for you to notice her (or call her name) and she will get up and come right to you for attention. She is very affectionate with all of our volunteers, she has a soft and steady purr, which is a true stress reducer for most of us! We have all just fallen in love with beautiful Bailey.

Bailey was surrendered to our shelter when her person's circumstances changed and additional cats were added to the home. This girl is perfectly friendly with other cats, but unfortunately the "added cats" were not as open to Bailey. They were unkind and picked on Bailey when left alone together. Bailey is a soft soul, very sweet, and choose to hide from them (understandable) instead of cause any issues within the home. Sadly, she was the one chosen to be removed from the home, and probably why she is so confused by why she is now with us instead of in her former home.

We did promise this sweet girl we would find her a new home, one where she will be able to feel safe and loved forever this time. If you are looking to give an extremely sweet cat a second chance at a great life, choose Bailey! We think this beautiful girl is going to blossom in a relaxed home, where she is given the love she clearly deserves. She wants to be loved, and is happy to share hers as well.

Bailey has had recent vetting, including blood and dental work (which can be concerns with "older" cats). She is now happy and healthy, and so ready to find her true love.

Complete an app to come and check him out! All of our kitties have s/n completed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped.  If you'd like to meet her or any of our great cats/kittens please submit an online adoption application at littleorphans.org. Please give our Adoption Team time to process all the info. The more complete your application is, determines how quickly we are able to process your application. Please try to give your vets office (give prior authorization to release information to us), landlord, and references a heads up to expect our call.

More about this rescue

Little Orphan's members are dedicated to the well-being of all animals we encounter. Dismayed by the numbers of cats and dogs housed in shelters and euthanized each and every year, we have an active spay/neuter assistance program and ensure as best we can that each animal adopted through our program has truly found a "forever" home.
