Hi ya! I’m Prince and I’m a 1-year-old brown and white freckled cocker spaniel boy, and if you’re looking at my photos thinking “wow, he’s adorable” – you’re absolutely right! I’m looking for a new home where my humans are around more often and can give me all the time and attention a prince deserves (it’s in my name, after all!).
I’m a happy, friendly puppy who loves adults, kids, and other dogs. Cats? Haven’t met one yet, so that’s still TBD! I’m housebroken but might need a quick refresher in my new palace – you know, learning the lay of the land. I’m working on my crate training and crushing it, but leash walking? Yeah, I could use some help with that. Right now I’m more of a “let’s go THIS way!” kind of walker.
Full disclosure: I’m ALL puppy, ALL the time! I love to play, I’ve got energy for days, and I’m basically a bundle of joy wrapped in freckles. The only time I’m not happy? When my humans leave. I get a little sad (okay, I bark) because I miss you already! I’m learning to be brave when left alone, but honestly, a good puppy training class would be perfect for us to bond AND help me become the well-mannered prince I’m meant to be!
I need an active family who’s home often and ready for puppy shenanigans mixed with lots of love. Think you can handle this much cuteness?

Florida Coastal Cocker Rescue (FCCR) is a non-profit organization located in SW Florida. We are dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and re-homing Cocker Spaniels throughout the state of Florida and neighboring states. We rely 100% on donations and volunteers to help us take care of our dogs. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccines and rabies, heartworm tested, flea and heartworm treatment, and microchip.
FCCR carefully screens all of our potential furever and foster homes to ensure that our pups will have safe and loving homes. Some of our dogs come from shelters and abusive situations and we want to make sure that they will only see love the rest of their lives.
