If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Puck is 14 years old and still going strong. We got him from a friend back in 2012 along with his sister. He and his sister used to stay upstairs and our dog downstairs, but he lost his sister recently and he wants to be downstairs with us but unfortunately we have to rehome him because our dog Rex is too aggressive with him and he's not safe with him around.
He's very shy and may take a while to warm up to you, but is very affectionate once he does. He would not do well with a dog in the house unless the dog is very quiet and gentle, and would probably be ok with other cats but he's only known his sister so we're not sure.
He does use the litter but will sometimes pee in the bathtub as an alternative.
It would be great to know he's going directly to a loving home rather than take him to a shelter to wait for adoption.
