Meet Mariah
Mariah is a bright, social adult cat who has handled a tough beginning with incredible resilience. She was left behind on a property, but she hasn't let that dim her spirit one bit. From the moment she arrived, she showed us just how friendly, curious, and people‑oriented she truly is. She loves interaction, enjoys exploring her space, and happily greets anyone willing to offer her attention.
Mariah is also FIV‑positive, which simply means her immune system is a bit less robust than other cats. Cats with FIV can live long, healthy, happy livesÂoften just as long as FIV‑negative catsÂwith regular vet care, a safe indoor home, and low stress. FIV is not contagious to humans or dogs, and it spreads to other cats only through deep bite wounds, which is uncommon in friendly, social cats like Mariah.
She's ready for a home that appreciates her affectionate nature, her playful energy, and her remarkable ability to trust again. Mariah is available for direct adoption or transfer to a trusted partner.
