My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Skipper and Gilligan are a bonded pair who came to Macomb County Animal Control when their previous owner was no longer able to care for them. These two shy sweethearts lean on each other for comfort and security, so they are looking for a home where they can be adopted together and continue their special friendship. At first, Skipper and Gilligan can be on the timid side, but with patience and a calm environment, their true personalities shine. Once they feel safe, they are sweet, affectionate, and delightfully curious, enjoying gentle attention and quiet companionship. They would do best in a low-traffic home where they can take their time adjusting to new surroundings. Because they have never lived with dogs, a cat-only home would likely suit them best. They may do well with respectful children over the age of 10 who understand the importance of giving them space as they settle in.If you’re looking for a loving duo who will reward your patience with trust and affection, Skipper and Gilligan may be the perfect addition to your home.
If you are interested in adopting, Macomb County Animal Control is open M-F from 10am-4pm.

Adoption fee for this delightful duo is $50
