River is a beautiful shepherd mix weighing about 43 pounds with a heart that is deeply devoted to his people He is great with other dogs and truly loves being outside feeling the fresh air and exploring the world around him River has an adventurous spirit but at the end of the day what matters most to him is being close to you A fence is not much of a boundary for River because if he can see you on the other side he will find a way back just to be near you again He is loyal loving and full of affection the kind of dog who wants to be part of everything you do River is looking for a home where his love and devotion will be returned and where he can feel included safe and cherished
