Indie is a young domestic shorthair kitten who came to us as a stray. She has a low to moderate energy level and a gentle, slightly shy personality.
Indie is FeLV positive, meaning she has a weakened immune system and will do best in a home with no other cats unless they are also FeLV positive. She must remain indoors only and would thrive in a calm, low-stress environment to help maintain her health and overall well-being.
She is okay with being picked up and held and enjoys quiet, gentle interactions once she feels comfortable. Indie would do best with an understanding adopter who can provide patience, routine, and a peaceful home where she can feel safe and loved.

Wags and Whiskers Pet Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit all-breed, animal rescue organization incorporated in August 2015. We are a primarily volunteer-driven group with years of experience with animals and rescue. Our mission is to rescue, foster, rehabilitate, and rehome abandoned, abused, and unwanted animals.
