Toffee’s story began before he was even born. His mother was rescued by Animal Rescue Corps (ARC) from a severe hoarding and backyard breeding situation. Following her rescue, she was brought to Helping Paws, where she gave birth to Toffee and his two siblings, ensuring they never had to experience the trauma of her past. During his short time on Earth, Toffee has truly found his voice—and he isn’t afraid to use it! While his name sounds sweet, this white puppy is a total whirlwind of rambunctious energy. Whether he’s launching a full-speed play attack on a toy, demanding your undivided attention with a vocal display, Toffee is a constant blur of motion and is looking for a family that can keep up with his bold personality.
