Jojo is a very sweet, affectionate dog with a gentle and submissive nature. He loves cuddling and being close to his people. He does experience submissive urination and occasional indoor marking, and despite consistent efforts with house training and confidence-building, these challenges have remained difficult in our current situation. As a result, it’s become clear that Jojo would do best in a different environment where he can feel more relaxed and secure.
Before coming to me, Jojo lived as an outdoor dog, and he may be happiest returning to a lifestyle with outdoor access or a low-pressure home that can accommodate his needs. He tends to be very submissive with other dogs, so he would likely do best with calm, gentle canine companions rather than overly dominant ones.
