Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Bon & Bonnie!
A bonded father–daughter duo with a love story worthy of a happy-ever-after
Bon and Bonnie both came from a local farm—just at different chapters of their story. Bonnie was rescued first as a baby alongside other little buns and was later diagnosed with malocclusion (a condition that means her teeth need regular trims).
The farm also had some adult rabbits—including Bon! After neutering the males, we realized something special: Bon was Bonnie’s dad and also had malocclusion. And just like that, we reunited them and made their family whole again.
Today, Bon & Bonnie are living together happily, enjoying life as a bonded pair. Their favorite activities include:
* Binkying around their pen
* Zooming side by side
* Hanging out near each other like the best of friends
Bon is especially shy, having spent most of his life on the farm, and Bonnie takes her cues from him. They may be timid at first, but with patience, consistency, and love, they continue to open up more and more.
Important but manageable note:
Both Bon and Bonnie have malocclusion and will need regular vet visits for tooth trims to stay comfortable and healthy. Because of this, they’re looking for a committed adopter, ideally someone with rabbit experience who understands the importance of ongoing care.
Their ideal home:
* Patient and gentle
* Rabbit-experienced (preferred)
* Committed to routine vet care
* Ready to earn the trust of two very special buns
* X-pen or free roam
Bon & Bonnie may not be instant lap bunnies, but they are the kind of rabbits who make every small milestone feel magical. If you’re looking for a meaningful bond and a pair who will truly thrive with the right human… this duo might just hop straight into your heart. Apply today!
