Sometimes life can be a little scary. Terrassa is learning that life can also be filled with love and joy. She came to us as a fearful girl, but has already discovered that pets and quiet snuggles with her human are pretty amazing. Terrassa loves to lay on me when I take a nap or watch TV. She nudges my hand or face if I stop petting too soon. She is still timid and will hide at times but once you pick her up, the purring turns on. She just needs a patient human to give her the time she needs to trust humans. She seems to be a calm young lady who prefers to nap most of the day. Maybe she will start to play and be more outgoing when she is comfortable in her surroundings. Each day is getting better than the day before. Terrassa wants to be loved so much and needs a special person who will give her that chance.
Apply to adopt to schedule a meet and greet. Get $50 off the combined adoption fee when adopting a pair of kittens. All cats are spayed/neutered, up to date on their vaccines, FELV/FIV tested, microchipped, given a few rounds of dewormer and started on monthly flea preventative.
