Ernesto is a 2-year-old charmer with a playful spirit and lots of potential. Ernesto is still working on his leash skills and can pull a bit, so he’ll benefit from someone ready to help him learn better walking manners. He’s also learning the ropes when it comes to overall manners, but with consistency and positive reinforcement, he’s sure to shine. One of Ernesto’s favorite things is soft toys, which bring out his fun and gentle side. With guidance, patience, and plenty of treats, Ernesto will make a loving and entertaining companion.

Additional adoption info
Adoption fees for any one of our animals is $70.00 (this includes cost of the spay or neuter). In accordance with local laws, all animals over the age of 12 weeks will be altered prior to adoption at the local veterinary clinic. For animals under 12 weeks of age, vouchers for the surgery cost will be provided at the time of adoption.

Springdale Animal Services' mission is to provide shelter and care to the thousands of stray, abandoned, abused, and neglected animals in need every year. We reunite lost pets with their owners, and place many that are homeless in caring, permanent homes. We strive to ensure the welfare and public safety of our community and its animals through education of our citizens and enforcement of our ordinances. We promote spaying/neutering all domestic animals at the earliest appropriate age, as a means of reducing their overpopulation.
