Loulou, or Lou for short, is a sweet boy looking for a forever family to call his own. He can be a little scared at times, but he warms up quickly and actively seeks love from his handlers. Since he was turned in as a stray, we don't know how he'd do with dogs or kids. He is NOT a fan of other kitties and should not go to a multi-cat household. We also want to let you know that he has a heart murmur. He'll still live a long and happy life, but any adopters will have to keep him calm and refrain from playing with him too much.
