Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We elected to fast track this cat to adoptions. Therefore no full, formal behavior assessment was performed. This cat is behaviorally approved for adoption at this time.
My foster family says: Penguin has a big personality. He’s confident and curious while also being easygoing. Playtime is a favorite, whether that means chasing toys or investigating something new. Penguin is comfortable around strangers, adapts quickly to new environments, and is reliably litter box trained. He’s an outgoing kitten who enjoys exploring and engaging with the world around him.
