🐾 Meet Harley!

At just 1 year old, this sweet girl is the perfect mix of playful goofball and cuddly snuggle bug. She’s always up for a game of fetch, but when playtime is over, she’s happiest curled up close to her people soaking up all the love.

She’s dog-friendly and kid-friendly, making her a wonderful fit for an active family or a home with other pups. Her medium 30-lb size is just right: big enough to keep up on adventures, small enough to fit comfortably into any household.

True to her age, she’s silly, curious, and full of personality — the kind of dog who will make you laugh daily and then melt your heart when she leans in for cuddles. She’s still young and eager to please, which makes her a great candidate for continued training and bonding.

Submit Application

Please submit your application and tell us . Once we have received your application, we will contact you for your adoption/foster interview

2.
Interview

Once application is submitted, we will contact your for your interview.

3.
Home Check

If we determine that you are a good fit for this animal, we will conduct a home visit to make sure our criteria is met.

4.
Meet the Pet

When we approve the home check, we will do a meet and greet with the animal and possible other animals/family members.

5.
Approve Application

If all goes well with the meet & greet , we will approve your adoption/foster application.

6.
Sign Adoption Contract

We will come to you and have you sign all paperwork and pay adoption fee.

7.
Take the Pet Home

We will bring your new pet to you!

We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization for animal rescue and assistance for veterans of the armed services and others suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD. JSCR is dedicated to the prevention of animal abuse, neglect and homelessness and is a sanctuary of safety for dogs, cats and horses. Services include animal rescue, safe and secure shelter environment and every effort possible to find loving homes where each animal receives the care and attention they deserve. Using equine-assisted services and therapies, veterans and others who have lived through trauma are given support to help them find peace, healing and happiness in this life.
