Hallo, I'm Taj! I'm a 6 month old brown tabby boy kitty, and I am bright-eyed, good-natured, and maybe just a little sneaky, too! If you open my cage, don't be surprised if I manage to slink my way out so I can have a nice run around the room and visit the other cats in their cages! I do like other kitties, and I like to play with pretty much every kind of toy. I have a tiny but solid meow, and I love to sing the song of my people!
The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
