My name is Midnight and looking for my family. I am a very young catten found with my 5 kittens left outdoors in a dog kennel without shelter from the weather. I am a friendly rescue catten. My kittens were friendly as well, so at some point someone cared for us. However, this experience was a little stressing. My foster mom gave me my own space based on being stressed under the circumstances. I am somewhat vocal around other cats do not feel very comfortable yet. I would love to have someone who can focus on me while I learn how to bring out my inner kitten. I need to learn to play since that was interrupted while raising my kittens. As I am still a youth I will grow to love my new family and with some patience I will learn to feel safe from so many changes I have been exposed to lately. The Heart of America Humane Society is an all-volunteer, 501(c)3 non-profit organization helping to place shelter and foster animals into permanent homes in and around the greater Kansas City metro area.
Our goal is to save and improve the lives of Kansas City's homeless companion animals by promoting responsible pet ownership.
