My name is Midnight and looking for my family. My estimated DOB July 20, 2025. I am a catten found with my 5 kittens left outdoors in a dog kennel without shelter from the weather. I am a friendly catten so at some point someone cared for me. However, this experience was a little stressing. My foster mom gave me my own space based on being stressed under the circumstances. I am a little vocal but that is because I am a confident catten too. I do hang around other cats and can be with them if I have room to move around them. I absolutely do not like dogs at this time. I have been playing with balls and chaser sticks, love to scratch at cardboard. I enjoy pets and lap time as well. I have really been blooming with time and would love to find my forever home. Cat adoptions are held at the PetSmart at 115th and Metcalf in Overland Park KS every Saturday from 12:00 to 3:00. Cats available for adoption every day at PetSmart in-store cage area.

The Heart of America Humane Society is an all-volunteer, 501(c)3 non-profit organization helping to place shelter and foster animals into permanent homes in and around the greater Kansas City metro area.
Our goal is to save and improve the lives of Kansas City's homeless companion animals by promoting responsible pet ownership. Some events raise awareness and bring in donations for our animal support efforts, while others help acknowledge and show appreciation for our own volunteers (who perform all duties outside of their regular jobs).
