Meet Lani

Lani has the sweetest soul and has truly blossomed in her foster home. She’s come out of her shell and is now showing her silly, playful personality, complete with happy moments that make you smile every day. Lani is eager to please her people and forms deep, meaningful bonds with those she trusts.

She’s still adjusting to free-roaming in a home, and some everyday things — like the dishwasher or a long hallway — can catch her off guard. But with each day, her confidence grows, and she continues to amaze everyone with how far she’s come. Slow and steady is Lani’s way, and she’s absolutely thriving.

Lani’s forever family will be patient, gentle, and understanding, knowing that the best things take time. In return, she gives the most beautiful reward: unconditional love. She would do well as the only dog or with a calm male dog companion. Lani is also great with kids and enjoys being part of a loving family.

She can comfortably handle a full workday in her crate — and she loves it! A crate is a must for her comfort and security (she’ll need a big one — 54” please!). Lani may still be building confidence, but in the right home, she will continue to shine and become the devoted companion she’s meant to be.

Until the profile is removed from the public’s view, this dog is considered available for adoption. To apply to adopt from Just Giants Rescue fill out an online. All approved applications are good for 12 months. Meet and greets can be scheduled with approved adopters. All dogs adopted from Just Giants Rescue are up to date on vaccines (Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella), microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Some exceptions may apply. All adoption fees are non-refundable; Just Giants is a NFP 501(c)3 organization.

• Meet and greets can be scheduled with approved adopters.


• Transportation from the foster home to the adopter is the responsibility of the adopter to coordinate. Just Giants does not adopt outside of the continental US.
