My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Domino, a dashing tuxedo kitten ready to set off a chain reaction of cuteness. At 4 months old, this little guy has a playful spirit and a serious love for toys and mealtime, when food is involved, all bets are off and Domino is first in line. His classic black-and-white coat is perfectly finished with an irresistible dot on his nose, a true “domin-nose” detail that makes him one of a kind. Like the first tile in a careful setup, Domino can be a bit hand shy at first. But once that initial moment passes, everything falls into place. He quickly leans in for more affection, discovering that pets are pretty wonderful and people are, too. With each positive experience, his confidence clicks into place and keeps building. Domino is happiest when he’s chasing toys, pouncing with enthusiasm, and then settling in beside you or curling up in his cozy bed after a good meal. With a little patience and love to get things started, this sweet boy is sure to create a beautiful chain reaction of trust, playfulness, and affection in his forever home.

The adoption fee for all cats and kittens is $190. This includes Microchip, FIV/FeLV testing, all age-appropriate vaccinations, flea/ear mite treatment, deworming, and spay/neuter with our veterinarian. When adopted, our cats and kittens are healthy, to the best of our knowledge. Many of our rescued kitties were not cared for adequately in their previous lives and are in need of significant vet care when they come to us. Frequently, we spend much more per cat or kitten than is covered by the adoption fee. Because Little Buddies is a predominately volunteer organization, we rely on donations and adoption fees to cover our veterinary and pet care expenses. We adopt to those in Northern Virginia, as well the Maryland and Washington, DC area.

Go meet their pets

All of our cats and kittens are fostered in the homes of our dedicated volunteer Foster Parents, who help us ensure every little buddy is socialized to be the perfect companion for you and your family. We've frequently heard people say that they will only ever adopt from us because of the love and care that we give to each and every kitty. Approved adopters will meet our little buddies in the foster family's home, giving you the opportunity to make meaningful initial connections without the chaos of an adoption event.
