Judge is a handsome male pit bull around 4 years old who is looking for a patient, understanding home where he can truly settle in and be himself. He is still learning how to relax and feel safe in new environments, and he will need adopters who are willing to give him the time and consistency he deserves.
Judge is currently on behavioral medications to help manage his anxiety, and they have been beneficial for him. With structure, routine, and positive reinforcement, Judge continues to make progress each day.
When it comes to other dogs, Judge has not done well with dogs larger than himself and would prefer to be the only dog in the home for now. He has done better with smaller dogs, and if there is another dog in the home, very slow and careful introductions would be necessary.
