My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ashes and Peaches are a bonded pair of sweet, gentle boys looking for a home together. While their history is limited, their personalities shine through in the best ways. Ashes is the more reserved of the two—new environments and unfamiliar sounds can make him a bit timid at first—but with time, patience, and a calm space, he blossoms into an affectionate and loving companion.

Peaches, on the other hand, is the confident charmer. He happily asks for love and attention and makes it clear when he wants affection. As a bigger guy, being picked up can feel a little uncomfortable for him at first, but once he’s securely in your arms, he’ll nuzzle in and soak up all the pets you’re willing to give.

Both boys previously lived with kids and dogs and did well, making them a wonderful addition to a variety of homes. Together, Ashes and Peaches balance each other perfectly and are ready to bring warmth, companionship, and lots of love to their future family.

Their adoption process

1.
Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

You can submit an application anytime and receive an auto response with instructions. It is first come first served for in person adoptions.

2.
Submit Application

Our application creates your profile in our system and tells us a little about you.

3.
Interview

Our interview is an open discussion about everything we know about the pet and how it matches to your family and expectations.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

You will use your mobile phone (or our computers) to sign the adoption contract.

5.
Pay Fee

You will use your phone (or our computers) to pay any adoption fees. Credit/Debit cards only we do not accept cash or check.

6.
Take the Pet Home

We are able to send most pets home the same day as their interview. If they still need to have spay/neuter surgery it will be scheduled ASAP

Before you Arrive:

Make sure your apartment is pet-friendly. Check with your landlord about pet policies.

To make the adoption process go a little quicker, here's a list of what to bring:

-An ID with current residence, or proof of residence if it is out of date.
- Any family members or roommates to meet the animals
