My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Basil is a stunning 1‑year‑old cat with a curious mind and a gentle streak that makes her especially easy to love.

Basil brings a fun mix of energy and intelligence to daily life. She appreciates interactive toys, climbing spaces, and activities that let her use that clever brain of hers. At the same time, she has a soft, affectionate side - happy to settle in close once she’s had a chance to check out her surroundings.

Basil would be a wonderful match for someone who enjoys an engaging cat and can offer plenty of enrichment, companionship, and conversation. With the right home, she’ll shine as both a playful adventurer and a warm, loyal friend.

My adoption fee is $125 and includes the following:
-Spay/neuter surgery
-All current vaccinations
-Microchip
-FREE wellness exam through VCA Animal Hospitals
-$25 gift voucher from our friends at My Pet Market

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

Lost Our Home Pet Rescue requires each potential adopter to fill out an application. We also ask our adopters to sign an adoption contract and pay an adoption fee at the time of adoption. These requirements help us to ensure a positive outcome for everyone involved, including our pets, as well as to continue to help other needy pets. We will also do periodic follow-ups and offer help with any post-adoption issues that might arise.
