When it’s not cuddle time, Shenzi can be found coexisting with her human companions! Whether she is curled up beside you on the couch or simply sitting in the same room as you, this sweet girl loves to be with her people!
Shenzi was brought to Austin Pets Alive with her kitty friend, Pumbaa, and has grown deeply bonded to him. Pumbaa relies heavily on Shenzi for comfort and emotional security. Shenzi can often be found grooming him for comfort, or simply encouraging him to join her for meals. These two share a beautiful bond, as they are truly connected to one another. For these reasons, Shenzi and Pumbaa are considered a bonded pair, meaning that the two of them are to be adopted together.
