When I went to the Marietta Animal Shelter looking for a lost cat several years ago, I ended up bringing Marco home instead. Nothing is known about Marco's past, except he was found wondering a Marietta street not far from a busy expressway. I think he looks like he is possibly half British Shorthair. He does express some of the traits of that breed. Marco is now a 4-year-old purr machine - I always know when Marco is around by a very loud purr as he has the loudest purr of all the cats. Marco has become bonded to one of my other cats named Marley. If possible, I would like Marley and Marco to be adopted together, but it's not required. I love Marco very much, but personal financial issues have made it to where I have to make the heart-breaking decision to part with my dear Marco and my other cats.
