If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
She is a very sweet whippet but she has too much energy for me since I am 75 years old. Everyone loves her at the dog park when I take her there because she runs so fast she loves all dogs - she gets in everything I think I’ve been through 10 remote controls so someone who takes her would have to be extremely patient and loving. I don’t want anybody to ever hit her. she does know how to sit. Thought I could keep her until she was 18 months to see if she would calm down, but I can’t do it. She would love to be at a home with another whippet and she would love to be in a home with lots of area to run - if I can’t find a good home for her I will keep her for now. Keisha came from a breeder in Arkansas, where I got my first whippet but is very very different in her personality than my first one. She is about 15 months old.
