My name is Toby!

Toby is a healthy, energetic 5-year-old purebred Beagle, born on a farm in Ohio and weighing about 37 lbs. He loves playing fetch, long walks, and staying active. Toby is affectionate, loyal, and people-oriented. He is well-behaved at home, fully house-trained, does not chew furniture or shoes, and signals when he needs to go outside.

Sadly, we must rehome Toby due to jealousy and aggression toward a much smaller dog in our home. For safety reasons, Toby must be the only pet in the household (no dogs or cats).

Beagles are social dogs and do not do well being left alone all day. Toby needs daily exercise, attention, and companionship. The ideal home would be with someone who works from home, is retired, or can spend plenty of time with him. Toby will thrive in a calm, loving home where he can receive consistent care and affection.
