This sweet Lab mix is Maverick! He was surrendered to the shelter on 1/17 because his family's landlord said he could no longer stay. His former family did note that Maverick is house-trained, good with children, and good with other dogs. The volunteers describe Maverick as friendly and athletic. He needs to learn not to jump up on you when he's excited, but with a little patience and consistent work he can learn. If Maverick sounds like a good fit for you, please come meet him today!

Maverick is approximately 3 years old, and weighs 77 lbs. He is UTD on vaccines, has been microchipped, and did test negative for heartworms. He will be neutered upon adoption. Maverick is waiting patiently in kennel 802; his ID # is 16413.
