If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Millie is a 1 year old Vizsla (16 months actually). She is a sweet, smart, funny, and energetic girl. She LOVES going for walks or hiking/running trails, and loves to swim. Very much a "velcro" dog, she loves being around her people. In fact, we have not found any people or other animals that she does not love. Most interactions start with her excitedly showing off whatever toy she most recently picked up. Except when getting over-stimulated playing, she rarely barks.
Millie is very well house trained, is up to date on all vaccinations and medication and has been spayed. She has been kept as an indoor pet and is accustomed to being around her people, so she would not do very well left alone outside for extended periods. Other than a house cat that won't play with her like she'd like, she has not had a lot of interaction with other animals. Other interaction has typically been limited to seeing other animals on walks, trails, etc. and those have all been positive & playful.
