My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nipsy is a 7 1/2 year-old sweet, sensitive boy who just needs a little time to feel safe. After spending his life in one home, he entered foster care through no fault of his own and is learning to trust again. By day, Nipsy is quiet and observant—but after 9 p.m. (lovingly known as his “witching hour”), he comes out to play, purr, and shower his person with affection. He loves making biscuits, giving enthusiastic head butts (especially to your chin!), and even enjoys belly rubs once comfortable. He has even started coming out during the day to nap in the window, we're so proud of him! Nipsy may hiss at first, but it’s only fear—never aggression. Once he realizes you’re a friend, he’s incredibly sweet. He’s doing well with cats and a calm dog in foster care and would thrive in a calm, patient home with a gentle routine and a loving guardian who’ll let him blossom at his own pace. Nipsy truly is the sweetest boy. If you're interested in meeting Nipsy, please complete an adoption application at queencitycatsvt.org.
