Meet Blair, Blashonda, Mable, and Rodney 🐾 These four adorable puppies are around 19 weeks old and are ready to start the next chapter of their lives. Blair, Blashonda, Mable, and Rodney came to us as strays, so we don’t know much about their past — but it’s clear they’ve already had a rough start to life.
When they arrived, they were dealing with some skin issues, but they are currently receiving medication and care and are doing well. They’ll be ready to head off to their forever homes very soon, where they can finally experience the love, comfort, and stability every puppy deserves.
Despite their early challenges, these pups are full of potential and puppy charm, just waiting for someone to give them a chance. With patience, love, and guidance, they will grow into wonderful companions.

Madison Oglethorpe Animal Shelter is a non-profit shelter serving over 720 square miles. We are open intake, meaning we can not turn away animals from either county we serve. Our shelter intakes double or triple it's capacity every month so it is essential we place animals quickly into adoptive homes. Since so many animals enter the shelter we often don't have enough volunteers to write an individual bio for each. Please feel free to call the shelter Wednesday-Sunday to inquire about the animal you are interested in. 706-795-2868.
Viewing and adoption hours at our shelter are Wednesday through Sunday from 12 PM to 5 PM. All adoption fees include age-appropriate vaccinations, flea treatment, deworming, and spay or neuter, microchip, and adoption packet. Fees: Dogs over 6 months old: $100 Puppies under 6 months: $200. Cats and Kittens are $75 ($65 without microchip).
