Spooky may start off a bit unsure of new people and places, but behind that shy exterior is a bright, curious little cat who really wants to explore, she just needs a moment (and a bit of encouragement) to get going. Once she feels safe, her curiosity shines, and she’ll wander out to investigate the world with soft paw-steps and wide, eager eyes. She’s especially fond of toys that jingle or flutter bells and ribbons are her absolute favorites. Dangle a ribbon or roll a noisy toy across the floor, and Spooky won’t be able to resist giving it a chase. She may not be the boldest adventurer in the room, but she’s definitely the quietly determined one. Spooky Would Love a Home with: a patient, homebody human who enjoys gentle company, fun toys with bells, ribbons, and things she can cautiously but enthusiastically pounce on. If you’re looking for a sweet, slightly timid but wonderfully curious companion, Spooky is ready to warm up to you and show off her playful side!

Visit the Facility and Find a Pet
You are invited to the adoption floor to meet our adoptable kittens!

Pay Fee
Pay the adoption fee which ranges from $200-$500 ($50 discount for pairs). You can take them home same day or schedule pick up within 7 days

Sign Adoption Contract
Medical history is reviewed on the day of pick up and the adoption contract is signed. Remember to bring a carrier!

Take the Pet Home
You can take a commemorative adoption photo! We wish all of our graduates an amazing happy life!

While we do not encourage returns, if adopters are unable to care for their kittens, Mini Cat Town will always be a safe landing spot for our alumni. We strongly believe that animals are family for life, and vet our adopters accordingly. Please understand you are making a huge commitment in adopting and not one you should take lightly.

Mini Cat Town Adoption floor is open to the public! You do not need to be approved for adoption. You can visit with all of our kittens at Eastridge Shopping Center at 2200 Eastridge Loop, Space 2062, San Jose, CA 95122.
We are open on a walk in basis only and visitors are subject to a waiting list (usually occurs around 2PM on weekends).
General admission fee is $15 for a 30 minute visit.
Our adoption floor is following all COVID19 protocols compliant with the state and county, therefore, masks are currently required during the whole duration of the visit.

Mini Cat Town is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) located in San Jose, CA. We are dedicated to rescuing neonatal kittens & helping them finding their forever homes.
Neonatal kittens (0-6 weeks old) are at HIGH risk & widely euthanized in many shelters across the country. Our rescue was founded in hopes of giving a voice to the voiceless. Mini Cat Town pulls kittens from shelters across California & raises them in loving foster homes until they are big enough to find their forever homes.
Our adoption floor provides a unique experience for the public to come & interact with kittens. This provides kittens with high levels of socialization amongst people, children, & other kitties. They are cared for by our amazing team of volunteers 365 days of the year (366 on a leap year)!
Any & all donations go directly back into the care of our kittens. Neonatal kittens spend over 2 months in foster care & require vet care, vaccines, microchips, food, litter, & more. Your donations are greatly appreciated!
