My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello,

My name is Tinkerbelle. I am already in the SEATTLE area, and have been for 6 years now.

I was born in May of 2015, so I am 10 years young. I have lived with my biological sister my entire life, but, for some reason, when my family moved recently, she has decided to suddenly not like me. My family has decided it would be best for both of us to find a new spot for me. They are keeping my sister since she is the aggressor and she will be hard to place. I am the sweet one, and although they want so badly to keep us both, they know I am terrified now, and that I deserve a new spot. Due to all this trauma (my sister sent me to the ER twice now beating me up), I want to be an only kitty. I have been to the vet and am up to date on vaccines, was spayed when I was young, am microchipped, and am ready for my new family. I will of course need time to adjust, but as an only kitty, I know I will be much more relaxed. If you'd like to meet me my rescue can easily arrange a zoom call so you can see how I am with my current family to get a better idea of how I will be once I relax. My current family would be happy to answer any questions about me as well.

Additional adoption info

We are based in Houston with connections getting them to Seattle. We made these connections based on the fact it is virtually impossible to find good homes in the Houston area. We will not be able to do one day adoptions (it could take up to a few weeks to coordinate everything), but our partners and friends in your area will help make things happen.

More about this rescue

We are a volunteer and foster based rescue group focusing on helping animals in Houston, Texas and the surrounding areas. We primarily help those that contact us with strays/ pets they want to surrender, and animals from Harris County Animal Shelter. Our focus is to get the animals as healthy as possible and to thoroughly analyze their temperament to try our best to find a permanent forever home for them. We always look for the best fit possible for the animals and the adopters.
