My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Piper is 6 years old and the smartest dog I’ve ever owned.

We rescued Piper from an Amish farm — one farm had pure bred Aussies, the neighbor farm had pure bred Border Collies, Piper was part of an accidental mixed litter.

Piper mastered “sit”, “stay”, “lay down”, and “come” within a few weeks of coming home.

She now responds to all four commands in sign-language:
✊, ✋, 👇, 🤌.

When not on leash, she may dart away but always comes back. At home, she can confidently be trusted without one.

Piper is a cuddler, a lover, and obsessed with her master.

Piper is also too aware to cope with our children: 19 month old and 4 month old. We’ve never had a safety issue, never a bite or anything close.

Piper is just jealous and now barks at us, often. We aren’t able to give her the attention or exercise she needs. We plan to have more children.

If you need a best friend, have land, or older children: she’s an amazing dog. I will miss her..

Fees can be waived for the right home.
