Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meemaw was found bravely surviving the winter outdoors -- she is ready to trade the outside life for a cozy home and has already won hearts with her snuggly personality and irresistible senior-cat charm. When she`s not taking a cat nap to help preserve her youthful glow, you can find Meemaw making her famous biscuits and purring up a storm! She is a big fan of the delicious Churu treats and being around her friends -- she is happy being in the company of people and content with sharing a sun beam or a cozy afternoon with friends. If you`re looking for a calm, loving companion, look no further than the magnificent miss Meemaw!
Medical History: Meemaw has had a hard time gaining weight in the shelter (even after feasting to her heart`s content) and our vets suspect this may be due to underlying Inflammatory Bowel Disease, a more common condition in senior animals. Meemaw was started on a course of Prednisolone to help decrease inflammation and has responded well to medication! Please feel free to reach out with any questions about Meemaw`s medical notes, or come to the shelter to discuss and meet Meemaw with one of our Shelter Resource Counselors!
Adoption Fee: $30 plus tax.
