Meet Melody! This musical masterpiece is a supermom to 8 babies, and she will soon be ready to move on to being the baby herself! Melody is a polite dog, loves cuddles and treats, and adores belly scratches! Melody is a bit of a diva and will need her hair done regularly. She does great at being groomed as she knows she deserves that princess treatment. She gets along great with cats, kids and other dogs! Come meet her soon! Visits with animals will not be setup until we have an approved application on file. All animals are in foster homes.

The Wichita Animal Action League, or WAAL, is an all-volunteer, licensed rescue and 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created in November 2013 to advocate for all abused, neglected and abandoned animals in the Wichita, Kansas area. WAAL is an action oriented group dedicated to rescuing animals in crisis.
