My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Eli is a ~7-month-old big ol’ baby who is still growing into his body and has decided he would very much like to do so from your lap. He is a big lap dog. He just wants to be cuddled and rocked like a baby. He may look like a large, lanky pup (possibly a Great Dane mix…), but don’t be fooled: Eli is convinced he is a tiny dog and would like to be held, carried, cuddled, and babied accordingly.
This sweet boy was pulled from a high-risk shelter and is so grateful for his second chance. He’s still on the thinner side and working on adding some healthy weight, but with good food, love, and stability, he’s already blossoming. Eli adores other dogs, thrives on affection, and is happiest when he’s close to his people preferably touching you in some way at all times.
Eli is young and will benefit from continued training, structure, and patience as he grows, but he’s eager to learn and even more eager to love. In return, you’ll get a loyal companion with goofy puppy energy, soulful eyes, and the absolute belief that he belongs in your arms despite being… not small.
If you’re looking for a dog-friendly, affectionate, kind-hearted pup who wants to be your shadow (and your baby), Eli might just be your guy. 💙
