Meet Samwise ("'Sam")
Sam is a 1½-year-old black and white Boston Terrier with a gentle, shy personality. He's a sweet dog who does best with patience and a calm environment.
Sam has been around kids, other dogs, and cats, and gets along well with all of them. He's easygoing and not reactive.
He is still working on potty training and crate training and will need consistency and routine to continue improving. He is comfortable going up and down stairs and does well on a leash during walks.

Adoption fees are $275 for dogs over 6 months and $300 for dogs 6 months and younger. This fee includes spay/neuter, rabies shot if dog is over 4 months old, parvo/distemper shots up to the time of adoption, fecal check, microchip, and all dogs are heartworm negative.

Rover Rescue is an all-breed dog rescue group located 40 miles west of Chicago in Aurora, IL. The dogs/puppies in our organization have been rescued from high-kill animal shelters located in Illinois and Indiana.
