Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet MABEL, a fabulous 15-year-old lady with a perfectly balanced mix of sass and sweetness. She is the type of cat who will chirp and complain if dinner is five minutes late, then curl up and purr on your chest like you are her whole world.
Despite her age, she still has plenty of personality and opinions. She will swat gently when she is “over it,” roll onto her back when she wants belly rubs (but only if you have earned it!), and give you that classic judgmental side-eye if you sit in her spot on the couch. But do not worry about any front teeth biting! MABEL only has her molars so no cheeky smiles from her! Once she has decided you are a part of her inner circle, she is incredibly affectionate—following you from room to room, sleeping nearby, and rubbing her head against your hands for gentle pets.
MABEL has chronic kidney disease, so she is a special-care kitty looking for someone patient and loving who can keep up with her needs. MABEL currently gets every other day fluids and a special kidney disease friendly diet! She does best with a stable routine, fresh water available at all times, and a family that understands senior cats and is willing to go the extra mile for her health. In return, she will reward you with years worth of love, cozy companionship, and the kind of bond you only get with a wise older cat.
If you are looking for a dignified, sassy, and deeply loving senior girl to spoil, MABEL is ready to be your queen!
