Here's what the humans have to say about me:
THOR IS IN THE HOUSE!
Thor is a 6 year old, neutered big Weimie Boy (93 lbs!) that is looking for his forever family! But don't let his size fool ya! He's a love! He could stand to loose a pound or 5 (hey! can't we all?!), but he is a "big boned" guy, so he would probably do best with older children.
He knows his basic commands and is very eager to please! He's housebroken and crate trained and loves his people - but definitely has a prey drive, so no cats (or squirrels!). He is good with other dogs of all sizes. He's even found a crazy Doodle friend who appreciates his gentle play!
He's been a "man about town" with his foster dad while learning to walk with his gentle leader. You can find him greeting folks during his daily walks on the Atlanta Beltline and sampling the veggies at the weekly Farmer's Market! He's even polite when he meets other dogs while on his leash, so if you're looking for a weim to take with you to the park and restaurants - this is your guy!
If you are interested in adopting Thor, please complete and application at https://www.atlantalovesweims.org/the-adoption-process. If we already have an app on file for you, please email us at rescue@atlantalovesweims.org.
