He is one of the smartest dogs we have here! He was rescued from the Pearsall shelter in Texas and now he’s safe and ready for a forever home.
Bugs loves to explore, play with toys, get lots of scratches, and snuggle in your arms. In true terrier fashion, he’s clever and eager to learn. He’d thrive in a home where he gets plenty of playtime, attention, and love.
He will need a puppy class for basic obedience training.
He would be a wonderful, loyal companion to grow up in just about any family environment.
Bugs is neutered, up-to-date on all vaccinations, microchipped and his adoption fee is $450. Bugs is available for transport to St. Petersburg, FL on February 21, 2026 with an approved application.
Bugs is located in our rescue in Hondo, Texas. You could probably teach him to get you a beer out of the fridge! He's under a year old and only weighs about 20 lbs. He is heartworm and Chagas negative.
Bugs is a true terrier and is fast as lightning... loves to play hard and gets along with most everyone. He loves people and wants to please. He is very treat motivated which is making training easy with him.
