My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Well hey y’all, meet Tennessee 🤠🐾

This sweet Southern belle is pure sugar with a side of sass (the cute kind). Tennessee is as polite as they come—fully potty trained, crate trained, stair-savvy, and knows how to mind her manners. She’s chowin’ down on Purina Pro Plan Adult Weight Management (Chicken & Rice) and is feelin’ just fine health-wise.

Tennessee is an affectionate little lady who loves sittin’ close to her people, keepin’ them company like a true porch-sittin’ sweetheart. When she gets excited, she breaks out into the most adorable silly circles you’ve ever seen—consider yourself warned, it’s precious. She rides calm as can be in the car, walks nicely on leash, and doesn’t fuss over food or toys one bit.

Now, Tennessee is a gentle soul and can get a tad nervous in loud or stressful households. New folks and kiddos may make her a little unsure at first, and if she’s feeling overwhelmed, she might have a tiny nervous accident. Because of that, she’d do best in a calmer home with patient humans who’ll give her time to settle in and feel safe. Once she does, you’ll see just how loving and loyal she can be.

She’s respectful with kids, mostly keeps to herself around other dogs, and while her experience with cats is unknown, we reckon she might be just fine with a slow introduction.

If you’re lookin’ for a quiet, well-mannered companion who’ll stick close, steal your heart, and bring a little Southern charm into your home—Tennessee just might be your girl. 💕🐶
