My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Scout; A Spunky, Loving Solo Cat

We adopted Scout as a kitten in September 2024, and she quickly filled our home with energy and personality. She's sassy, curious, and full of spunk.

In October 2025, Scout went missing for eight days. When we found her, she had been through a traumatic experience and sustained injuries, including a broken tooth (which has since been extracted) and a dislocated tail. She is still healing physically and will need a patient, supportive home as she continues to recover.

Since her return, Scout has become very uncomfortable around our two male cats. Despite careful rehabilitation and reintroduction, it's clear she would thrive best as the only cat in the home.

When she feels safe and has the space to herself, Scout is her old self - cuddly, playful, curious, and deeply affectionate with her people. She has a big personality and a loving heart and deserves a calm home where she can heal and be the center of attention.
