This gorgeous girl was brought to safety and into our care by our friends at GoodBoy Dog Recovery. She had been running around as a stray - suffering in the cold for weeks in a municipality with no animal control provisions. Neighbors in the area reached out and asked for help, and GoodBoy responded. She was so terrified, shivering and hungry, but one Wendy’s burger changed everything!
Izzy is an approximately 2 year old mixed breed who is ready for a forever home of her own!
She is a young pup that will require a family up to the task of providing her the ample physical and mental exercise and training that all dogs require. She will require a family who can continue her basic training and socialization skills to grow into confident and happy adult dog!
All dogs require an adjustment period after adoption to decompress and acclimate to their new home, routine, housemates, and environment. Patience, consistency, and guidance are required to help them successfully transition and become a part of their new family!
