My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Solara has been a wonderful mother to her little family! Once they are adopted, it’s time for her to find a family of her own to love and spoil her like she deserves!❤️

What to know about Solara:

- She is very affectionate!
- She loves to be petted and brushed.
- She is very vocal and always has something to say.
- She is starting to get playful now that she doesn’t have to spend quite as much time with her kittens.
- She would love having a kitty friend!

More about this rescue

Partners for Pets is a 501c3 non-profit animal rescue located in Troy, IL. Since our opening in 2003, Partners for Pets has rescued and re-homed over 21,000 cats and dogs, who would have otherwise been euthanized in local area animal control facilities. Partners for Pets works diligently to help local area animal control facilities reach no-kill status by opening our doors to the neglected, sick, weak, and injured. No matter their chances of survival, we do everything in our power to give these animals a second chance at life-a life that is full of the love, care, and compassion that they were lacking before.
