My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tulip is a beautiful tuxedo gal who weighs @ 5lbs and is @ 5-6 months old.

- Tulip is spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and has received a clean bill of health.

-Tulip and the rest of the siblings were found dumped at vet's office when they were very young. All have been growing and thriving in foster care ever since, and are now ready for homes of their own!

- Tulip has shared a home with other cats in addition to their siblings - we think they would do just fine with other kitty companions, or as the only cat. Foster mom reports that Tulip loves attention and is always purring!

- Tulip been exposed to dogs in their foster home, but they don't have much interaction with them. We think they would do fine with a nice dog who can respect kitty boundaries and wouldn't scare them off by chasing them.

- Tulip hasn't been exposed to young children and therefore would likely do best with kids 5+ who know how to respect kitty boundaries.

More about this rescue

Our Mission at Pack Leaders Rescue of Connecticut is to save the lives of dogs and cats both locally, and from the South, that have been abandoned, abused, or neglected. We prepare them for a forever home through the three branches of our organization. Our transport service and behavioral training program allow us to rescue, evaluate, and rehabilitate animals, and we place these animals into forever homes through our rescue program. Our rescue and behavioral training programs maintain relationships with adopters to ensure successful placements that last a lifetime.
