My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Do you love black kitties? Please meet Rose! This pretty little girl is one of 7 kittens that were were dropped off at the local vet clinic. All are now receiving lots of TLC in foster care while waiting for loving families of their very own. Rose is 6 months old and weight about 5-6 pounds. Her breed is unknown, but she's certainly a striking kitten with her golden eyes and soft shiny coat. She enjoys beings held and petted by her foster mom and gets along fine with other cats, but is also totally content to to entertain herself and doesn't require their company. This black beauty will make a great companion to a retired couple or single adult. She has been exposed to the resident dogs in her foster home.

Rose is spayed and up to date with her vaccinations. Her kitty bag is packed and she's ready to head to her forever home.

More about this rescue

Our Mission at Pack Leaders Rescue of Connecticut is to save the lives of dogs and cats both locally, and from the South, that have been abandoned, abused, or neglected. We prepare them for a forever home through the three branches of our organization. Our transport service and behavioral training program allow us to rescue, evaluate, and rehabilitate animals, and we place these animals into forever homes through our rescue program. Our rescue and behavioral training programs maintain relationships with adopters to ensure successful placements that last a lifetime.
