She spent time in foster care with one of our employees and their family, where she learned how to live alongside two dogs (one big, one small) and other cats. Marlin handled it all like a pro, proving she’s adaptable, social, and always up for making new friends.

Now she’s ready to swim into her next adventure, and she’s hoping it leads her straight to you. Whether she’s chasing toys, exploring new corners, or curling up for a well‑earned nap, Marlin brings joy and energy wherever she goes.

Once your adoption application has been approved, we will call you to set up an appointment to meet with the pet! We welcome adopters from out of state to apply!

ACSKC Health Care for Each Adopted Pet Includes:
Dogs: Preventatives for parasites, vaccines (Kennel Cough, Distemper, Rabies), spay/neuter, microchip, behavioral assessment.
Cats: Parasite treatment, FeLV/FIV testing, deworming for kittens, vaccines (Distemper, Rabies), spay/neuter, microchip.

A “Pet Pal Packet” with feeding info, training tips, and guidance for helping your new pet adjust
