Gene is a sweet, fun, and fearless little ball of energy! He loves playing with his kitten and cats pals here and when he`s done, he likes to settle in for a good cuddle. He likes to be picked up and held and he`s fine with dogs. He`s a great little guy!

Our shelter facility opened it's doors August 4th, 2011.
Our mission is to prevent suffering, neglect, abuse and cruelty to animals through community awareness and education, promoting responsible pet ownership and ending the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable animals in Pawnee County, Kansas. Since 2005, we have helped over 2,000 lost, stray, dumped, or relinquished animals to find loving homes.
