My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Brian.

Brian is a four-month-old beagle who came into animal control as a stray. One of the kennel technicians noticed that something seemed a little different about him, and after being examined by the veterinarian and further evaluation, it was discovered that Brian is deaf.

Being deaf doesn’t slow Brian down one bit. He is just as playful, loving, and joyful as any other puppy. He simply experiences the world a little differently. Brian will need a family willing to teach him basic hand signals and communicate with him in ways he can understand. The great news is that he is very eager to learn, easy to train, and truly wants to please his people.

Brian is thriving in his foster home. His foster parents are completely smitten with him. He gets along well with their other dogs and is incredibly affectionate. He loves being close to his people and soaking up attention.

Brian is a special puppy who needs a special family willing to give him patience, consistency, and love. In return, he will give unwavering loyalty and endless affection.

Can you make a home for Brian and give him the time and understanding he deserves?
