Hello! Our names are Franklin and Utica. We came to Good Home when some caring humans found our family (four other kittens and our mama!) living in a parking lot in Crown Heights and brought us to a foster home. We are now in the Cat Lounge and we are having a blast playing, exploring, and snuggling!
We are a cheerful duo who are having so much fun learning about the world around us. New people are fun, especially if they give us treats! When humans sit quietly, either on the couch or at the computer, we love to crawl onto their lap and say,”Hey whatcha doing?” Once we get cozy on a person’s lap we can both be real purr machines. When we’re not socializing with people, we love curling up together in a soft, cozy bed. Sometimes our brother Kingston, who we also really love, snuggles up with us too. The humans say we are the cutest little kitten puddle.
When we’re not snoozing or socializing we love playtime. We love batting around a mouse toy or catching the wand toy. We’re inquisitive boys, so we like to know about all the nooks and crannies – high and low! – in our space. Utica can be a little more intrepid, searching out some new spots, but Franklin quickly follows to see what Utica has discovered.
We really are affectionate, gregarious boys who have charming playful kitten energy balanced with an affinity for cuddling. We would do best in a moderate energy home that is all for playtime but also gives us time to snuggle and recharge with each other. We are a bonded pair, but we also really love our brother Kingston and would probably get along with other cats who match our sweet, playful vibe. We’ve never lived with a dog or children, but we’d likely do well with gentle kids. A pair of cheerful charmers, are we the duo to brighten your home?
